The Manifestation of Life
Hegenbarth’s themes and motifs are neither landscapes nor still life nor idealised portraits. He is interested in the manifestation of life, which he has thoroughly and repeatedly investigated in advance. Thus he turns out to be an insatiable observer, a reporter, a juggler of life.
